Sal Sparace is a highly experienced Director, Broadcast Consultant, and Company Director of Eight Partners Ltd, with more than 38 years of experience in the international television and media industry.
Throughout his career, Sal has worked on major productions for Sky UK, CNN, BBC, and other international broadcasters. His expertise includes live sports broadcasting, 3D television production, live news, talk shows, automation systems, digital media, and broadcast engineering.
Bruno Di Marcello
Bruno di Marcello is a film and television director and screenwriter with more than thirty years of experience. A former screenwriting student of Oscar nominee Bernardino Zapponi, he has written and directed feature films, including Un eretico in corsia, based on the Garzanti best-seller Chi non muore si rivede, as well as numerous documentaries.
Over the past 20 years, he has worked extensively with RAI, directing successful television programmes such as Sulla via di Damasco, O anche no, Correva l’anno, and La Volta Buona. Etc

His experience spans media production, digital content creation, branding, promotional campaigns, and audiovisual storytelling, using entertainment and media platforms to communicate meaningful social and environmental messages. Susan Vitalis

Having worked with major broadcasters including Sky, Susan has built a reputation for professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to high-quality television production.
With experience spanning London, Doha, and Television Centre in the UK, Susan has contributed to a wide range of productions, including live news coverage, sports broadcasting, and large-scale international events. Her passion for storytelling and broadcast excellence has enabled her to work alongside leading industry professionals on complex and fast-paced productions.
Carlos Alberto Augusto de Santos
Carlos is an experienced television and audio professional with nearly 30 years in the broadcast industry, working across both Brazil and the UK.
He began his career in 1997 at TV Bandeirantes and went on to spend over two decades at TV Record, where he worked across almost all technical areas of television production. His roles included teleprompter operation, cue and audio operation, sound recording, and later sound design, contributing to news, entertainment, sports, drama, and major live events such as the Pan American and Olympic Games.
He has also worked with several major Brazilian broadcasters, including TV Cultura, TV Gazeta, RedeTV!, and TV Manchete, as well as independent production companies.
His international career began with the 2012 London Olympics, which led him to settle in the UK and expand into global productions. He later worked on high-profile projects at Longcross Studios, including Mission: Impossible.
